Premsagar Foundation Nepal aims to help communities in remote and disadvantaged regions of Nepal become self-sufficient. We provide aid focused on food, water, education, health and hygiene awareness, skill training, and community development.

About Us

Premsagar Foundation Nepal (PFN)

Premsagar Foundation Nepal (PFN) was established as not-for-profit organization to undertake activities that can make direct and meaningful impact on the lives of excluded and disadvantaged people of Nepal, especially children and elderly.

The focus of PFN is to provide need-based nutritional support to help children access and complete their schooling and assist the elderly to spend their old age with dignity and self-respect.

PFN also organizes eye clinics, where doctors and optometrists conduct examinations, educate people on eye care, dispense medications for infections, distribute eyeglasses if needed, and make referrals — all free of cost.

15th Anniversary of Food For People Celebrated

The Food for People (FFP) program, operated by the Premsagar Foundation Nepal (PFN) in Tasarpu (Thakre-5), Dhading, celebrated its 15th anniversary on April 10, 2024. The event had the participation of 750 people from various parts of Nepal. The celebration began with traditional Nepalese folk music (panche baja) and the national anthem. Following a warm welcome and a brief progress update from PFN team members, several guests spoke about the positive impact of FFP. The program featured performances including dances, songs, and poems by school students, teachers, local community members, and FFP volunteers.
